For us here at Defrozo, there can’t be a better way to kick off the week than a platform update. This time, we’re introducing improved client galleries, customer support, and content editing. Read on for the details.
Refined design of client photo galleries
Now, both the front and back ends of each client gallery are in line with the quality of their parent website themes.
Support ticket system
Submitting your support requests and leaving feedback just got easier with the new ticket system. Whenever you’d like to report a problem, ask a questions, or suggest an idea to the Defrozo developers, add a ticket right in your Admin panel and our customer service team will be in touch shortly. To submit a ticket, head on over to Profile => Help.
Currently, we’re offering a 24/5 support with a handy Live Chat option.
Per many requests, we’ve added a “Read More” tag to the WYSIWYG editor, so that you could create attractive post excerpts on your photo blog.
We have fixed a few bugs in the WYSIWYG editor and Watermarks section, so that your work with these features will be smoother from now on.
Another development sprint has just begun – our whiteboard has no white space, and keyboards are burning. Expect some new, really cool features to land in your Defrozo admin panel in about two weeks.
Guys, we’re really looking forward to your comments and feedback, this is invaluable stuff for us! Thank you for all the support!
